cleanliness was excellent. The hotel is located next to the ski lift - which made it very convenient for us. The staff provided great local insights and one service that stood out was the outstanding restaurant service from Lena - Vladimir, and Jonas.
Strongly recommend.

Great location in a beautiful mountain area, perfect for winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding. the hotel has an excellent wellness area with a variety of saunas and indoor/outdoor pools to relax after a long day of activities. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing convenient pick-up service from the train station.
The rooms were slightly outdated and cramped, with poor toiletry supplies. the food was average but overpriced, with little variety on the menu.

The breakfast selection was incredible, with a wide array of breads, eggs, and fruits. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and other key areas. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
The rooms were a bit outdated with small windows not offering much light or view. Although the hotel had a pool, it was nothing special, and the wellness facilities were mediocre.

This hotel is a great option for those looking for an active yet relaxing vacation. Located in a convenient spot, you can enjoy coffee in the common area, hit the slopes, or use the hotel shuttle bus to get to nearby ski lifts. You will be amazed by the meticulous maintenance and the quality of the food served.
Don't expect to have WiFi everywhere in the hotel, as it is only available in common areas.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel near many ski resorts in Austria. This place exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to return next year! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts, and the hotel even provided a shuttle bus to other nearby ski locations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt cared for throughout our stay. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. The hotel had a beautiful spa and wellness center, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and even a steam room. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and a five-course menu for dinner. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.
If we had to mention one small downside, it would be that the spa closed a bit early at 8pm. However, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
